Now, digitising film footage, X-rays, and other transparent materials is easier than ever. The user-friendly backlight unit can be effortlessly installed in the scanner lid, allowing seamless scanning of both normal and transparent source material.
This innovative backlight unit takes the exceptional functionality of these flatbed scanners to new heights. With a remarkable optical resolution of up to 1200 dpi and the option to employ advanced 3D surface scanning techniques, it empowers users to scan reflective originals and transparent materials with equal precision. While there is a wide range of film scanners available for small and medium-sized images, finding one for large formats has proven challenging and cost-prohibitive—until now.
