The Knowledge

Fine Art papers are the highest grade papers available for photographic and Fine Art inkjet printing, made from Alpha Cellulose, Cotton Rag, or a mixture of the two. These materials are refined to remove any unwanted substances such as acid that will cause yellowing over time.

Fine Art papers are generally a heavyweight, high quality media suited to anyone looking for an artistic finish and a long-lasting archival quality print, meeting standards equivalent to museum Giclée quality.

Photographers and artists will appreciate the natural heavyweight feel and special range of both smooth and textured surfaces as well as the subtle, yet varying, base colours which bring your images to life and add a sense of depth and clarity which cannot be reproduced on a normal gloss or satin paper.
