IMAGE-LIFE Refill Inks – a flagship, customised, refillable ink for all of PermaJet’s past Eco-Flo systems including the R2880, R3000, SC-P600/SC-P800 and the 3800/3880 Refillable Cartridge System. These inks can also be used in any modern refillable system manufactured by a third party.

Image-Life ink is an advanced, encapsulated pigment-based fluid engineered for wide-format and fine-art inkjet printing applications. It functions as a direct third-party alternative to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) formulations, specifically matched to replicate the colour metrics of the original branded pigment inks and systems.
Chemical Structure and Composition
* Encapsulated Pigment Technology: The ink utilises solid colorant particles instead of liquid dyes. Each microscopic pigment particle is wrapped in a protective polymer resin coating.
* Suspension Stability: The polymer shielding prevents particles from clustering or settling out of the solution. This ensures a consistent suspension and minimises the risk of blocking the tiny nozzles in Piezo printheads.
* Carrier Fluid: The pigments are suspended in a fast-drying aqueous (water-based) carrier liquid. This medium evaporates rapidly upon contact with the paper surface.
