Although Libby's photographs were initially a source to paint and draw from, her love of printing developed after joining Carluke Camera Club. In those days it was darkroom Monochrome and Cibachrome.
The advent of Photoshop and Epson's first Photo printer were to make printing a passion. Over the years she has produced everything from restored and retouched imagesí to fine art prints in a variety of subjects and styles from traditional to composite, both Monochrome and Colour.
Composites are what she is best known for and as a regular International Exhibitor, Libby has gained numerous Awards in Salons worldwide over the years with her prints. She is the Scottish International Salon Chairwoman and heavily involved with both the Scottish Federation and the PAGB. You may recognise her more as the Projectionist at the PAGB Print Championship and PAGB Awards Adjudications.
Libby is a long serving PermaJet Lecturer and Workshop trainer. She runs courses around Scotland and the Northern Border counties of England either on her own or with Rod Wheelans as part of i2 Training and Workshops (See Permajet Training Courses for more details).
Her workshops cover both Photoshop techniques and workflow through to the art of Digital Printing inc. printing with profiles.
