Owing to your feedback at lectures and meetings, we have decided to invest in the latest software to give you another communication tool.

The interactive training programme allows a PermaJet expert to logon to your home computer and then show you (via your own mouse and monitor) through the various settings for perfect colour management and printer settings.

Whilst we endeavour to support all our customers needs free of charge via phone, fax and e-mail, this software is just another way of achieving that support.

Unfortunately the software doesn't come cheap and we do have to impose a small fee for the service, however we believe it represents great value for money.

We will charge £15 per session*

You can exit the service at any time by one click of a mouse, so you maintain security to your system at all times.

*One session consists of a 20 minute period, from time of control being handed over to control being handed back.
