The Eco-Flo system for the 1270/1290 uses stabilised, high capacity Ultra Fine Dye Inks.

For high volume, low cost, medium life applications you may wish to consider the more cost-effective Epson 1270/1290 Eco-Flo.

The system and cartridges are supplied ready to be primed with the inks and the special resettable microchips are fitted so that each time you need to reset an empty ink level, switch the printer off then back on and it resets the ink status monitor to full.
