I just wanted to thank all the staff at Permajet. Whenever I have any contact with any member of staff, whether its advice for the countless issues I have with my printer. Or to buy products. "Great Service from PermaJet! I just wanted to share my experience with Permajet.
As you may know I have bought a Pixma Pro 9500Mk2 printer and as I have used Permajet paper before wanted to continue with that. Permajet offer on their website generic profiles for the Canon printer which you can download and a free profiling service on swatches printed on your own printer. It was this service that I wanted to take up. I had to set all colour handling off to ensure the prints were passed through Photoshop and the printer without any adjustment. I had a query and phoned Permajet, Vij Solanki was extremely helpful and from that conversation printed the two patches. These were sent of on Tuesday 14th September and I received an e-mail with the profile, a guide to installing them at lunchtime the following day. Now that's great service and worth sharing.

Hi again, I have had great if not perfect results on your test packs using the PRO 3880 ICC Profiles on your web site, the Matt canvas prints look better than a professional one I had done recently.
I have been straight out and bought a pack of MattPlus and Ultra pearl and have printed and dispatched the icc profiles test charts to yourselves for profiling, I will be amazed though if the results are any better. They are a superb product. Thank you for all your time and advice,
