 - Thanks very much for all your help this morning. Ive always had polite and helpful service from all your people. As a result I'm getting some of the best print results I have ever achieved.

 - Just to say that I fitted your Eco-Flo System to my Epson R2400 - I am getting superb results. I'm using PermaJet Oyster and Gloss with your ICC profiles which you supplied with the kit on the CD. The results I'm getting are way better than anything I have achieved in the past. I have not needed to head clean once in over a month since installation. Brilliant!

 - I am a great believer that a company should not be judged if there is a problem but how they deal with it if one should arise. In this respect you have re-defined the meaning of good service. One of your staff contacted my wife on Tuesday morning, apologised and went out of his way to arrange a delivery that suited us.  - Thank you so much for the help you give to me over the telephone of Thursday morning.  The banding lines we spoke of have miraculously disappeared  and the  colour definitions seemed to have improved.

 - I recently attended a lecture give by Irene Froy at Ross-on-Wye Photographic Society when she showed some lovely images printed on your papers.  Irene said " I don't do technical, the Permajet papers and ink just work".  On that basis, I purchased some of your papers, downloaded the profiles and was completely won over by the results straight out of the printer.Thank you

 - Many thanks for the bespoke profile.  The results from my Epson 2100 and Delta Matt Fibre 271 are superb. After installing the profile the results from these prints are fantastic, so life-like and vibrant.  However, what has impressed me as much as the profile (if not more) is the fast and efficient service that I always receive from Permajet.

The new bespoke profile works really well. The colours on my new Epson R2400 are much more accurate now when compared with your standard profile for this printer that I downloaded from your website. I hadn't realised there would be so much variation between different R2400 printers using the same ink and paper.

As you know, I attended the recent ‘Think Photography 08' event at the National Motorcycle Museum for both days.  As chairman of the RPS DI Group I was not only on the DIG stand but I also delivered a lecture about Digital Infrared Photography.  Everything went very well.
I wish to say how very much your staff at the exhibition supported the Permajet name and product range with warmth and professionalism.  You can be proud to have such an enthusiastic and dedicated team working with you.  In particular, Nik's two presentations about Colour Management were outstanding.  His approach, laced with good sense, practicality and humour made a potentially dry and complex subject both interesting and entertaining.  You are fortunate to have in Nik, someone who has a natural warmth and empathy with an audience plus the ability to leave all who attended his lectures with the feeling that they have gained knowledge by the experience.

I'm most grateful for your help. Immediately after speaking with you I made a print removing -6 magenta as recommended for Canon users on the sheet enclosed with the paper. It came out bang on first attempt!!!

Thank you for the profile, it is brilliant. I have profiled my screen and at last I have prints that look the same as on the screen.
I am very pleased with the ink system. I now have the best prints I have ever had and am able to click the print button with the confidenmce of knowing I will get what I want.

What can I say!!
That really is good service. I knew my sheets would arrive with you this morning, but I certainly hadn't expected to receive the prepared profiles so quickly.
Thank you so much. One of them was, actually, quite urgent and I can now do some printing today that I had expected to leave until the weekend.

Hi Steve,
Just to say a thank you for the speedy delivery of my refillable system.
I now have it installed and it was extremely easy to do. It worked right from the off!! I also think it is producing better results than the original cartridges.

I've finally got around to making some prints ready for my upcoming exhibition using my Oyster 271 - have to say, veerrryyy impressed! And using the ICC profile you kindly supplied has added so much shadow detail compared to my usual prints using Epson/HP ‘High Quality' paper. You could say I'm definitely a PermaJet fan J

Just wanted to say thanks for fantastic service!  

I arrived home from South Africa mid-afternoon Friday and rang to order a couple of boxes of paper late that afternoon, I was delighted to find the delivery-man on my doorstep at 0850 this morning!

I will be in touch about the eco-flow cassettes for the Epson 3880 when the originals begin to run out.  Extremely pleased with results thus far.

Just a quick email to thank you, the two presenters and whoever prepared the food for yesterday's printing course.
I believe that I learnt a lot.  I feel confident, now, to go forward and get much better prints from my photographs.

You were very helpful, and nice and bright throughout the day.  You coped extremely well with the orders and were not fazed when I altered (added to) mine.

Pete was an excellent presenter, took questions well and was not fazed with the printing problems at the end.  When I go through the extra notes I made, I am sure I will find more gems of knowledge.

Leigh was a good support act.  I really appreciated the time he spent with me during one break to shed light on my indecision about paper types.  Now I have enough paper to last me years (hopefully) and at an excellent price plus a new printer to play with.  Unfortunately I have no excuses not to produce stunning prints.

Looking forward to seeing all or any of you on the last day at Focus this year.  I shall no longer be buying test packs from other paper manufacturers!

Thanks for all your hard work on Saturday looking after everyone on the digital printing workshop.

I was impressed by the new facilities at PermaJet. Pete and Leigh were easy to get on with and full of enthusiasm for photography. I would love to come back and do another course.

I'm still considering my options about which new printer to buy but once I get it up and running I will get some Oyster paper for it. In the meantime, I've got to change my photography to shooting in RAW on Leigh's instructions. Until now I had been taking JPEGs with my DSLR.

I've just won the PSA silver medal for the best landscape print in the 2011 Southampton  International
It was printed on Ultra Pearl and couldn't be copied to put in the catalogue, so they had to ask for the file!!!!
Proves what it says on the tin about copying!

Many thanks for the new profile. Difference is quite substantial, especially with skin tones, and has lifted the prints to different level which makes the change to Permajet inks a worthwhile investment.
